Patient information
Before, during and after your visit
Practical guidance to help you prepare for your appointment and know what to expect.
Booking an appointment
You can request an appointment online, by phone or via WhatsApp. An online request is not a confirmed booking — the clinic will contact you to agree a date and time at your preferred location.
If you need to change or cancel, please let the clinic know as early as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.
What to bring
- A list of medications you take, including supplements
- Details of medical conditions and allergies
- Your Emirates ID or passport and insurance card, if applicable
- Any recent dental X-rays, scans or treatment records
- Your questions — write them down so nothing is forgotten
Your consultation
Your first visit focuses on listening to your concerns and examining your teeth, gums and bite. X-rays or scans are taken only when clinically justified.
Findings are explained in plain language, and options — including no treatment, where appropriate — are discussed with their benefits, risks and costs.
Consent and treatment plans
Before treatment begins you will receive a treatment plan and estimate. You are always free to take time to consider it, ask questions or seek a second opinion. Treatment only proceeds with your informed consent.
Estimates can change if new findings emerge during treatment; your dentist will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Aftercare
You will receive aftercare instructions specific to your treatment. Follow-up reviews help make sure healing and results are on track. Contact the clinic if you have unexpected pain, swelling or bleeding.
Dental emergencies
Call or WhatsApp the clinic if you have severe toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or a lost crown. For facial swelling that affects breathing, swallowing or the eye, high fever, or a serious facial injury, go to a hospital emergency department immediately.
Your privacy
Clinical records are kept confidential and handled in line with applicable UAE health data requirements. Read the privacy policy for how website enquiries are handled.
